Before you order
Sizing, delivery, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Returns & problems
Every piece is printed for one person after the order is placed, so we can’t take returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. If anything is wrong with it, though, we make it right. See the next question.
Email hello@cosmiccolor.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. If it’s misprinted, defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, we’ll send a free replacement or refund you in full. You don’t need to send it back.
Every order has tracking. If it stops moving for more than a week, email us and we’ll replace it. If it shows as delivered, check with neighbors and your building first, then write to us and we’ll work the claim with the carrier.
Email us right away. We can fix an address, a size, or the details, or cancel, until it goes to print, which is usually within a few hours. Once it’s printed it’s theirs, and the returns policy above applies.
Tell us before it ships and we’ll correct it for free. If the carrier returns it because the address was wrong or incomplete, we hold it for 30 days and reship it for the cost of new postage.
Shipping
Most orders arrive in about 10 days: around 5 to make it, then 5 in transit. That’s an estimate, not a guarantee: print and carrier times vary, especially around holidays. Tracking comes by email once it ships.
Order at least two weeks ahead to be safe, and earlier around the holidays. We can’t guarantee a delivery date, because print and carrier times vary.

Not yet. We ship to US addresses, including Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam and the other territories, and military APO/FPO addresses. Those take longer in transit. Four pieces, the journal, tumbler, candle and ornament, ship to the 50 states and APO/FPO only for now; checkout tells you before you pay.
Sizing & care
Every apparel page has a size guide in inches and centimeters, measured flat. Between sizes? Size up. Because each piece is made to order we can’t exchange sizes, so it’s worth a minute with a tape measure or a favorite shirt.
The color is printed into the fabric, not layered on top, so it holds up. Wash cold, inside out, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Each product page lists its own care instructions.
